Removing feedback requests

Hello Fellow Sellers,

I'm still fairly new and have run into a problem. When I go to leave Feedback, there are a couple of items on the list that no longer have registered users. I also have one item that the buyer cancelled the transaction. There is an "X" in the top right corner, but hitting that only makes the item go away for that session. I need to know how to remove them permanently. I can't leave feedback and I can't delete them.

I do not know of a way to delete items from your feedback list, but they should go away on their own -- feedback can only be left in the sixty days after the transaction occurred; after that the items will no longer appear on your list.
