'Related Items' Carousel is Overflowing on 'View Order Details' Pages

Instead of the item carousel being confined to it's own box it instead overflows and makes the page horizontally scrollable.
Happening in Chrome at least:

I see the same behavior in multiple browsers.

If you have an ad blocker you can suppress that page element using a rule like this:

order.ebay.com##.recs-item-list-container.recs-col-items-1.recs-item-list-padding
