You can only upload tracking from one of the eBay integrated carriers.

You can find a LENGTHY list of integrated carriers on this page:

I do not see Shypmax on the list of domestic (US) or foreign carriers that are integrated into eBay's system. It would be up to the carrier to contact eBay and see if they can be included, there is nothing you can do as a seller other than to ask Shypmax to apply for integration.
