I have been using your service for the last few weeks and there is something that I am not sure about. I haven't received any of the documents from you, but it has been more than a week since registered my account. What could be the problem, please help. I would like to know if there is a verification issue or not. And if there is a problem with verification, then what are the steps that need to be done?
I registered my account on the 19th of November and since then I have not received any verification messages for documents. Has the process been completed?
