Trying to refund since Friday. Tried 30,40 times, I really don't know by now. 48 minutes with EBay customer service on the phone and the issue is not fixed. Have funds on hold that Ebay uses that are enough to refund, Cleaned cache, tried other 2 different browsers besides Chrome. I'm from Portugal and nothing is working. Time is of the essence here to prevent a buyer from opening an item not received case. Could someone have a look into this? Thanks

If the funds are on hold, you have to cover the refund.
You need to provide a funding source like a credit/debit card to pay the refund.

It seems 50th time is the charm. Please, have a look into this as this doesn't seem normal.
