As a seller, after I've entered in the updated shipping weighs and select to purchase the labels it asks me to log in again, which cancels any updates I've done and then I'm asked to update my payment method. It forces me into updating the credit card information, I do ask it to remember so I don't have to keep doing this. However, it doesn't. So day after day I've been repeating these unnecessary steps. I read on another board to clear my cache and that didn't fix the issue. Anyone else have thoughts on how to get the system to stop making me reenter my info?
