Buyer sends message with question on an item he has purchased the record number link to take the seller to the transaction record to review and or resolve is now gone again...and buyers sending messages asking if the seller will accept an offer made by the customer...the send offer button used to be there, but stopped working at the point where you send back the offer...and now the send offer button is gone entirely...it has gone well past the point of being irritated and just have to set back and laugh....need to implement an opt out options, so sellers can go back to the systems that used to work without daily issues.

Send offer will be in messages where the buyer hasn’t made a purchase. If the buyer is sending you messages from their recent purchase the send offer button won’t appear.
I did notice the order number isn’t shown.
