Recently viewed screen is blank

I can get the page to display by going to my Summary page and using the Recently Viewed link there on the left side of the page -- that link appears to be different from the usual link that appears under the My eBay menu. Page two and beyond links at the bottom seem to work, but refreshing the page results in a blank page, unless I go back to the Summary page and use that link again.

Thank you answering. I tried but no luck. I do notice on the left side of any page it shows a few recently viewed. I guess I will be happy with that

Same issue here. I can see the first few recents on the main page, but no matter which link I use to click to the FULL Recently Viewed, that page is completely blank.

I'm using MacOS Catalina with Safari. I also tried with Firefox, and still have the same issue.

Another question: why is it IMPOSSIBLE to get help through eBay.com/help (or phone call) for website technical issues?

Wish I had that problem. The only reason I ever look at that is to clear all of it.

Are you going to the Summary page and left-clicking on the "Recently Viewed" link on the left side of the page? Opening in a new tab or copying the link does not seem to work for me, only left-clicking directly on the link on that page, or one of the other My eBay pages, particularly the older-style pages such as Saved Searches or Saved Sellers.

I have been searching for another link that works more consistently, but no luck so far.

One possible alternative to view or clear your recently viewed items: using the app, it is possible to go to the main page, and then find a row of Recently Viewed items, and use the header to reach the "Recently viewed" page on the app.

From there it is possible to select individual items and use the trash icon at the top right to delete that item; you can also "Select all" to delete all at once.

I had not known there was a way to delete individual items from the Recently Viewed list; checking on a desktop browser shows that individual items deleted from that page of the app no longer appear, so it does seem to work.

I had the same problem, clearing or looking at or clearing my recently viewed when using the tab under my eBay on the top right-hand side-- this does not work, you get a blank page.

Instead, click the activity tab, to the left of messages.  In the left plane, right under Summary, you will see the Recently View tab. This alternative tab works.
