I'm wondering if anyone else has been seeing some of the problems I've been having across my three eBay accounts. I've been using the new Seller Hub on all three accounts for quite a while now. On my largest account, I recently had my landing page switch to the old My eBay: Summary page, and even after calling customer service, we couldn't find a way to switch it back.
On my second account, I still have the Seller Hub as the main page, but when I try to access items that are Sold or Awaiting Shipment, I get a page without any items shown; just a bunch of lines across the screen. My third account has stayed the same. This has all been going on for about a month. When I need to access areas of eBay that are vital to my business, I have to find workarounds, instead of using the site like I was a month ago. This is on top of all the other weird glitches, like listing an item only to find that the price is wildly incorrect. I also shipped an item to a customer and changed their shipping address, but it reverted to their old address somehow and now that's a giant mess too. How widespread is this, and is eBay working to correct any of it?
