I get this too and would love to see the answer.  I am just a casual computer user and don't even know what HTML means, let alone use it!

If you copy and paste text or a link from another page, your pasted text may include hidden formatting html that is not displayed.

Using the print preview option -- possibly twice in a row if the first time produces an error -- should allow you to see a preview of your posted message, and if the preview displays correctly, you should be able to post from there.
