Hi devon@ebay : Just a suggestion: for reported problems where there's a known-good workaround, it might be good to have a "Workaround:" line in your Current and Resolved Technical Issues thread that outlines an alternate strategy to get the job done.
I don't mean the usual general advice such as clearing cookies 'n' cache, but specific strategies seen to work on specific problems, such as the stuck Packing List option reported today. For example:
Sellers unable to print packing slip [from the Ship your order page] as the page is just spinning in circle [sic] and is blank
Reference ID: ALERT15432
Workaround: Select "Print packing slip and more" from either the Actions menu of the Sold items page for that item, or from the Order Details page for that item.
