You haven't told us what happens when you try to edit. "to no avail" could be anything.

Are you editing a single listing, or bulk editing? BULK and I've watched the help video twice.
What is your policy now? 30 day returns as deemed necessary to be top rated as well as 1 day handling. I offer exactly what the growth recommendation is requiring me to "change".
What are you trying to change it to? It doesn't need to be changed - hence the glitch. However, since I continue to have this growth recommendation, I have tried and tried to "change" it to what it already is. No matterwhat, the growth recommendation stays and 3/4 of my listings are involved.

I JUST SUBMITTED THE REQUIRED CHANGES FOR THE 25TH TIME. ALL WERE SUBMITTED SUCCESSFULLY, BUT 0 STILL MEET TOP RATED SELLER REQUIREMENTS. AND THE GROWTH RECOMMENDATION DIDN'T GO AWAY AFTER SUBMITTING. I've called eBay support, customer servie, they acknowlege the glitch. This has been happening over a month now. No fix per eBay.
