I prepared multiple packages for shipment using labels generated through my eBay shipping account. When I took them to the post office only about half scanned successfully. The rest returned as “unknown” when the clerk attempted to scan the QR codes.
Please advise the next step so that the labels can be fixed or voided and replaced without further charge.
