Happened to me today for the first time. Went to 2 post offices. Went to the library to print a label as my printer is out of ink.

Hey @kilroywashere ! Sorry you didn't get a reply on your other post. I did see a couple reports of QR codes not working today. Most of the time they're great, but every now and then you may encounter an error like this one.
You can always click the ? icon on the bottom right of the page to file a tech report. That's a great way to report the problem to eBay.
That said, the best advice I can offer here is to cancel those labels (info on that below) and purchase new ones. Some options:
Purchase labels through another label provider that offers QR codes, for example Click N Ship on USPS.com or the Stamps.com app. There are instructions here for generating a QR code (aka Label Broker ID) using Click N Ship. https://www.usps.com/ship/label-broker.htm
Purchase labels at the post office which yes, will cost more on non-Media Mail services as retail rates are higher than online discounted rates.
Purchase printable labels through eBay which you can print at the library or Staples or ask a friend/family to print for you if you don't have a printer.
----------
To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Cancel from the Actions drop-down. The cancel option is available for 28 days.
It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label as the carrier wants to make sure the label isn't used. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (eBay funds, bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.

Edit to tag sellers that asked about this on the mentor forum:

Happened to me today. I had to be somewhere and couldn’t return home to print it. Now it will ship late.

Hi @herway - if you cancel the original label to buy a new one, do that within your handling time. That way even if you ship late, at least the tracking number will have been uploaded to eBay on time.
As long as the package arrives before the estimated delivery, and as long as the tracking number is added within your handling time, you should be able to avoid the late shipping hit.
See my above post for more troubleshooting solutions.

Good news @kilroywashere and everyone else - QR codes are working again today. Not only that, but if you haven't yet canceled yesterday's labels and purchased new ones, you should be able to use those.
I heard from a seller that had this problem yesterday and their PO was able to scan yesterday's codes this morning, so there must have been some kind of system issue yesterday with the codes being recognized in USPS's system.
