I had another one today. Bought an item from California, it was shipped and DELIVERED to Ocoee, Florida. On the ebay purchases summary , there is NOT a cleancut option to indicate to Ebay that this item will NEVER arrive at my address. The only real option on the buying summary is to "contact seller". That option often yields no results and only delays anything being done. If sellers choose to ignore a buyer on this issue, the only recourse is to wait it out and provide negative feedback that the item never arrived, and ebay option after negative feedback is "resolve a problem" and it is a cumbersome process, usually requiring a buyer to appeal, since ebay does not initially pay any attention to anything about tracking except the word "DELIVERED" seeming to not care WHERE the item was delivered. This has to be fixed!!
