Purchased an item that was lost in the mail. All of the links and communications I had with the seller do not show up in my ebay feed. Even though I have all of the emails, the links on the emails say there is a technical error.

Is it possible that purchase was made using another eBay account? Or as a guest?

If you were signed in to one eBay account and you used a link to a transaction from another eBay account or that was made as a guest, you would get a "technical" error since the order would not be connected to the account you were currently signed in to.

the links in the original email aren't attached to your profile, it should open up the posting at least. I even wiped my login so it doesn't login automatically and it still says that the item doesn't exist.
