Purchase History is missing items I bought last week and items I returned. Where do I report this?

Purchase History is missing items I bought last week and items I returned.  Where do I report this bug?  I've tried searching the last 60 days, 2019, 2018, and hidden items (of which there are none), but nothing that's missing was found.

Yes, although, that was more about returned items missing from the list, I don't feel the responses actually resolve the problem, which now also involves recently purchased items.

Have the recently purchased items been removed by eBay? I realize that it is hard to tell if they no longer appear in your Purchase History, but perhaps you have the items saved on your Watch list, or you can see them on your classic Feedback page:

Check your eBay messages and your email to see if eBay has sent you a notice about a removed item -- there should be instructions included about what to do.

If eBay has removed the item from the site, and you do not see a message about that or anything in the resolution center, then you will have to check paypal for the transaction information (assuming you used paypal -- not sure how managed payments deals with this situation).

This does not address the problem.  My issue has nothing to do with my Watch List or Paypal account.

One reason a recently purchased item might not be found in your Purchase History is that it might have been removed by eBay, if the seller is No longer A Registered User, if the user has lost their selling privileges, or if the seller's account was used by someone who was not authorized to use it. If that happens, eBay should send you a message indicating what, if anything, you should do. If the seller is still around and still selling, the item itself might have been removed if it was listed in violation of some eBay regulation.

No, your reply does not apply.  The items are still being sold on ebay by the accounts I bought them from.   The accounts or listings have not changed.

Were those items ever actually visible in your Purchase History? Did you possibly purchase them as a guest, or with a different account? Did the seller cancel or refund you?

It may help to view the paypal transaction details.

If the transactions are truly missing, you will likely have to contact eBay with as much supporting info as possible to track them down.

That makes sense, i might have been a guest when i bought those items.  Thanks for picking my brain.
