Another glitch. Trying to navigate down your Purchase History page, it resets your position (scrolling off of where you want to be, usually upwards to more recent items, and won't let you scroll back down.
You cannot navigate the screen and check purchased items, much less leave feedback because it shoots you back up to another item, and won't let you scroll down again to the item you want to review/modify.
The place here is falling apart. You guys are spending a lot of time on things people are not asking for, and letting the problems with the site fester and increase. Fix the problems. I still can't even do bulk sell similar on my items after a month, I still have to do them one by one. Takes 50-100 times longer now.

What browser are you using? Latest version?
Any difference if you use another browser? Or a different link? Some links may have an anchor that scrolls to a specific portion of the page once loaded. That can be a problem if you bookmark such a link to use as a general link to the Purchase History.
I have not noticed any issues scrolling through my Purchase History lately. I can scroll to an item, open the order details, and hit the back button and wind up in the same spot on the list that I started from and keep scrolling.
I am using the latest version of Firefox on a Windows 10 machine, but I get the same results in Edge and Brave browsers.
