Maybe two months ago, we stopped getting an emailed receipt for bulk shipping label purchases. I checked Ebay's bulk labels current instructions, and it still states that you will receive a link in your email for your labels, especially important if you get a lovely error right before you print, and Ebay loses the page with your "print now" button.
That error message is never fun, but especially when you just bulk generated 90 labels. But, no problem, you just go to email and use that button to get back to your generated labels.
Except that email has not been received in two months. Twice, we've had to individually print a hundred labels from the shipping labels page. That takes hours, in case you are not aware.
I've called twice about this. Both times I was told this was not an issue. But it is an issue, and it is very important to us larger sellers that use bulk labels.
