Purchase History Broken

I ordered quite a few items on Monday (3/6) and ever since then when I try to access my Purchase History I get the following message in red letters in the Orders section:

 

"Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later."

 

Since it's been four days now, "try again later" isn't the answer. Who should I contact about this situation?
