Properly-sized Images Repeatedly Rejected for Listing

Hi,

Anyone else having this problem?

Yesterday & today when listing an item, the site flags correctly sized images (pixels and file size) with its popup screen and a large red exclamation point (!).  After numerous tries - or several minutes' wait between tries - they might upload.  The problem is not my computer or the internet connection, etc.  Their servers seem to be overloaded.  Even photos which upload can take up to nearly an hour to show up in the new listing.

As a result, I have been lost valuable hours while unable to list items that are otherwise ready to go 😞

I don't see any other reports on the Tech Board or this one........

There are hiccups either with the internet or ebay at various times........best thing I've found is to give myself a break......or do something else for an hr or so.....so the time isn't wasted.

Try another browser to see if the problem goes away. If it does then you may need to clear out your cache/history and/or update the original browser.
