Hey Ebay,
Don't let your sellers see that their promotions aren't being activated either........
Here's a picture from a promotion started on 10.14.19 and I edited it to add a few new listings to it, but the listings I added to the current promotion are still pending 4 days later! This is not a new issue either. Ebay jacked up my promotions so bad in August we had to cancel them all, wait several days and then create all new promotions (copying the previous promotion just gave the pending markdown notice for an entire day before we could end it and start fresh). Just frustrating.
Any chance Ebay can reopen the Salt Lake City, UT customer service hub so USA based sellers can speak with a customer service rep who speaks and understands FLUENT ENGLISH??? Or pick another US city, because SE Asia doesn't understand or speak fluent English.
And yeah, the seller hub daily sales chart is jacked up and behind several days.....the new requirements in almost every category are literally stupid, they should be optional.......but hey, thanks for at least trying to communicate effectively by posting daily updates on the announcements board and this board for sellers to report issues, that's a little forward progress.........maybe a little too late for some sellers.
