I started a promotion last night. This morning I added several more items (around 3 hours ago). Those items are still showing pending. Is there a problem?

I am having the same problem. Have multiple markdowns "pending", the longest pending for 24 hours and counting. I use Markdown Manager a lot. The turnaround time from adding an item to a markdown event to having the discount displayed in the listing has been markedly increasing over the past several days. Is this a technical issue? Does someone in eBay server land need to do a reset? Time is of the essence here as I have seasonal items that need to be marked down to be competitive. The pending items are grayed-out so unable to remove from markdown to discount manually.

I have been experiencing the same issues with markdown manager the last two days. I ended my sale and started a new one and it seemed to work for a few hours, now everything is pending again. Seems like a technical issue to me. It's never happened so I hope it's fixed quickly as I have no promotions running in my store right now.

This appears to be an on-going issue with eBay Promotions Manager. The day after my earlier post here the turn-around time for changes made to my Promotions dramatically sped up,  from 36 hours for the changes to be reflected on-line to a few minutes. Unfortunately, the improvement did not last. For the past week Promotions Manager has taken hours to days to reflect my edits, making it almost impossible to make changes to multiple listings. eBay needs to understand that this lag time has a major effect on sales. For all that eBay has been pushing sellers to use Promotions Manager isn't it counter-productive to not maintain it's efficient functioning? Who is in charge of keeping this working and how can we contact them when it isn't?
