I'm getting an error when trying to pay my bill again.

The glitches here are many and daily. Please fix this eBay so I can pay my bill.

What does the error "say"...........how are you trying to pay......cc, paypal?  Mobile/pc?  Without more info.......no one can do anything.........

One time payment, Paypal, after trying a few times it finally went through.
