I noticed on April 14th that the Promotions manger is not working properly. I go thru the steps and set up a sale. It will show up as active with 0 Items for sale. I have been calling Customer Service for a month now with no results.
This is killing my sales. It doesn't matter which type of sale I chose. None of them work.
I do know how to use it. I frequently run sales in my store. It clearly is not site wide. there are other stores using this feature.
Anyone one else having this problem?
