Promotions Manager Broken

Every time I edit an order discount promotion to add more items, then click the "Launch" button to submit the changes, nothing happens.

The page looks like it's refreshing, but it does not take you anywhere. It should be saving the changes then taking you back to the manage promotions page. Instead it keeps you in the edit promotion window.

But after further review, the changes are going live. The page isn't exiting the edit window like it's supposed to which gives the appearance that the changes aren't saving.

Is this happening to anybody else?

This is happening again today.

Create a new promotion, click the publish button and nothing happens. The page goes nowhere. It should be taking you back to the manage promotions page when successfully submitted.

When you manually go back to the manage promotions page, you can see that the promotion was created.
