Promotion (Discount) Banner

There is an ongoing issue with Promo Banners...

Referring to the text box that shows "Buy 2 get one free / get 25% off 3+) etc

I have one store where they are above the Pic "Where They Belong" and another Store where it's stuck at the bottom of the listing.

Anyone have any solution or news..

The one that started in January ? 

The one that Ebay finally disclosed was a change they were testing and not a bug?

The one that everyone is still VERY upset about?

The one of many that supposedly only affects a small number of users 

must be that on your one store the Buy3 get 1 free is RELEVANT so it displays top

and the other store with 25% off 3 is not RELEVANT 

Search relevant , store promotion banners etc and you will get the full story
