Promoted listings

Called yesterday and it took THREE times to reach someone who was smart enough to check. It appears that the function to allow promoted listings is having an issue for some of us.

Did they tell you when they would be able to fix it?

Having the same problem, and ebay says they know there's a problem for many people yet I didn't get a straight answer for when it would be fixed.
