Promoted listing-unknown error help

Hi

In the past two months ebay keeps prompting me to promote some of my listings

I have tried to do it but there is always a red ! mark but no reason written why there is an error

tried different browsers and different devices

I have attached a screenshot

Where are you getting this offer to promote your items? Do you get the error if you edit a campaign and add the item to a current campaign? What happened if you edit the item and at the bottom of the page select to add it to a current campaign? Also I see you are in Cyprus the layout in your screen shot looks different than in the US. You may want to call your local support and report the issue. In the mean time try a different browser or device.

I have the same problem on ebay.fr ebay.it ebay.de ebay.co.uk ebay.es.

Only ebay.com is working fine with promoted listing..

The error do not have any message only a red box.
