Promoted Listings tool not working

Just tried to create a Promoted Listing campaign and the tool is not functioning.

I have over 700 items listed yet the tool shows only 113 available.

The unseen listings are for items I have recently promoted so I know they are eligible.

Any eta of when will this be fixed?  Thanks for any info.

Additional info ...

When I clicked to create a new campaign on the lower portion left side of the screen it now shows 644 promoted and 111 eligible.

The box next to 111 now showing eligible has been check marked by eBay.

The box next to the 644 showing as promoted brings up a screen showing both promoted and non-promoted listings.  Don't recall this being a default page.

I had a couple of campaigns recently ended.  Is there a time lag of several days between when a promoted listing campaign ends and when those listings can be promoted again?

Hi @b86fiero, there can be an indexing period for items to be promoted. Typically it's fairly quick, but there are times when it could take a few hours. It shouldn't take several days.

Thanks Brian T - must have been a hiccup not a true glitch in the program.  After several more hours I was finally able to create a new promoted listings campaign.
