The "organic impressions" spike in the "Promoted Listing Standard" report correlates exactly to my launching the "Promoted Listings Advanced", therefore I have concluded that eBay is erroneously counting Promoted Listings Advanced impressions as "organic". Please see attached screenshots.
Attached below is each report -- where you can verify that the majority of "organic" impressions is actually Promoted Listings Advanced impressions.
