Promoted Item Issues Again Like Last Month?

Anyone noticing their promoted items sales dropping off drastically today? I average 30 promoted sales a day, last month for 8 days (July 8th-16th) ebay had issues were it dropped to only 6-7 a day. Now today have only had 7 promoted sales. Here we go again?

Called it in and got a newb who tried to say it was my pricing. I will try calling tomorrow and hopefully get someone who will care. After 19 years of doing this full time, these calls always bother me, I would not be calling in if there was not a drastic issue. smh
