I got an email AND a private message from ebay for the "Save 30% on selling fees for in demand items", but whenever I try to activate the offer, it says "Unfortunately, this promotional offer is by invitation only.". Sorry, I thought I was invited because ebay sent me both email and a PM with the promo? This offer is VERY important to me as my primary category of listed items is one of the covered categories and could save me a lot of money.
