I'm having problems with ebay's incoming messaging. Inbound messages from potential buyers about products I'm selling are not coming into my message box, but instead they're coming onto my Overview page. I've reported it several times to Ebay's customer service, they report it to technical department - then nothing happens and problem continues.
Has anyone else had this problem - if so how did you solve it?
