Problems with contacting e bay

It seems contacting ebay about anything, poor at the best of times has now packed in altogether.

Tried to contact them by phone & the number they sent wasn't recognised. Tried to contact a seller & couldnt , cannot leave feedback or get intouch with anyone at e bay , chat , phone or email;.all down. Would it be beyond hope to have these problems fixed or are we paying our money to be ignored?

There are quite a few problems we may encounter on eBay that can be resolved without a phone call of without actually speaking with someone.

There are even some that can be handled by simply asking a question here.
