Problems with combined shipping and tracking upload

For the past 4 months we have had issues getting this glitch fixed. Our same day shipping cutoff is 9am EST. When we are reviewed monthly for Top Rated Seller, it is not reporting correctly. Ihave had to call every month to have this manually updated. I am told it will be fixed and I will not have to call. Yet here I am again, havingt o sit on hold for 20 min and call to have something corrected that has not been taken care of. Is any one else having this issue?
