Ebay has reduced my seller rating from Top Rated to Above Standard, because they have calculated that I have 7 transactions that were NOT UPLOADED AT ALL. I have brought this up to Ebay customer service on 8 occasions, and they refuse to correct the problem....It has been suggested on this forum that, perhaps Ebay DOES count EACH item in a single order as an individual transaction. I asked Ebay about that and was told that no, multiple items on one order are treated as one transaction. I have talked with 4 Ebay agents and 4 supervisors, to no avail....I am told that "the system" makes the calculation and that it is correct. Has anyone else experienced this problem..?
