Problems trying to change personal account to business

I’m not sure if anyone’s had this issue before, but would any have any ideas on what I should do or if there’s another way around it. When I go to account settings in my account, also even via the link eBay has to change your account, there is no account type anymore, i remember it being there and it said individual next to it and then edit beside that. But now that whole part is gone and there’s no other way from what I can see to change your account. If anyone has any help or suggestions on what do to I’d be very appreciative, thanks in advance 🙏

You are registered in the UK, but you are currently signed in to the US ebay.com site and you are posting on the US discussion boards.
Try changing your account settings on the UK site:

The US Federal ID field in the account owner settings is labeled "Social Security Number". It should be relabeled as "ITIN or SSN". The label error has resulted in inaccurate advice from some less experienced eBay support staff. IIn any case the process of verifying accounts seems to be nondeterministic. Sometimes inputs work, sometimes they fail. Changing randomly selected fields and changing them back to original values will achieve success. Bad code?
