Problems With Checkout

Anybody else having problems today checking out after a buy it now?

"I am having the same problem. I first got a message "Something went wrong. Please try to check out again." Error code 70205

The items no longer were listed as unpaid or invoiced, but there was no dollar sign icon showing purchase had been complete. When I clicked on order details, both auctions were listed as unpaid. Trying to pay I got a second error message: "The item isn't available. It may have been purchased already." Error codes 70203, 70083"

Exactly the same is happening to me.

I have sent two messages thru eBay to me seller and no replies back either. This is not a cheap item either. I would HATE for the $$$ to be taken out twice.

I may stop buying here....the glitches are getting to be too much for me.

"My buyer can't pay and I'm unable to send an invoice. Nice!"

Have you tried sending an invoice directly thru PayPal?

Sure, I did. But the buyer is afraid his payment will eventually go through and he'll be stuck paying twice. I don't blame him.  Plus, and this if just like eBay, he got a message from them "reminding" him that all transactions are to be completed through eBay. Incredible!! Anyway, so he's paranoid now that he'll be in trouble with them. Madness!!

I have the exact same thing! I can't pay for an item

To add insult to injury I got the threatening pay or get an unpaid item strike. I tried to pay for the 3rd time and no go, same exact message and error code. No reply to two messages that I sent the seller yet either. I really don't know what to do.

I was able to pay for an item I won today, using the same debit card.

I don't see any solution to this glitch happening until Monday, at the earliest. The techs don't work weekends, of course.

Thanks to Sarah at eBay CS!!! It's complicated but it works.....

Go to eBay.IE (Ireland) it's gonna show Euros, don't panic.
Sign in again
Go to Purchase History and find your item
click on Leave Feedback
click on order details (itty bitty blue letters)
click on Leave Feedback..middle of the page
scroll to Unmark as Payment Sent and click on it
GO BACK to the orig site (eBay.Com)
Click on the item
PAY NOW...yay...it works!!!!!!

They are slammed with calls right now, and she pretty much said that eBay.com is a mess, but they are working on it. And if you call and say BUYER you get through fast.

866 540 3229 and follow the IVR directions, no code needed.

This is so strange I bought a bunch of things from my cart last night, used the flash coupon $15.00 of $75.00, Payment went right through & I received emails all shipped but 1 so far already.
I wonder why some payments are going through & others aren't?

Yes I have tried repeatly to Pay My Seller from 2 different Location on 2 different PCs, when I call help line they act like nothings wrong, only asking me to use a different method of Paying? Also to clear my Cache, which I did to no Avail! Ron Costanza!

Tried that they act like it was my Fault, and didn't admit they were indeed having problems!!
