Problems Sending Messages

When I attempt to send a message, the typical writing box is not there.  I've tried in multiple places around ebay to test this out.  I even tried responding to people in ongoing conversations.

You should be able to use the "contact" link in a seller's listing or in your Purchase History to send a message to the seller.

If you are having problems, try clicking on the "Send message" text to start typing your message.
