Problem with saving templess. Listing

I cant list nothing. Cant save any temples. I tried different browsers. Is any problem on ebay with this now?

Empty temples or downloading never end

Same exact problem I am having. I tried chatting with a customer service person, but they told me to try another browser. You have obviously tried that to no avail. Why do these people have to reinvent the wheel on a daily basis?
