I believe to have discovered a flaw in the "My Garage" feature. It lets you configure only the year, brand, model and trim of the car. There is no way to specify other important things, like transmission type (manual or automatic), which sometimes leads to suggestions that aren't applicable to your car. For example, items to modify a center console often vary quite a bit due to differences in layouts of an auto-trans and stick-shift. I can imagine, it's even worse if you are looking for transmission-related products, because recommendations there can be way off. My suggestion is, collect more information about the car: type of transmission, size of the wheels, presence of sunroof/moonroof, even region for which the car is made (left or right position of the steering wheel). These come to mind right away, so there is probably more relevant information about the car that should be collected in order to be able to surely determine whether a product in question will be the right fit for your car.
