Problem with photo not showing in listing

Hello All,  I am having an issue with my gallery picture not showing in my listing. The suggestion is to click the create button on the fix your gallery picture page. Would anyone be able to assist and advise where this is.

Try putting a different photo first and make sure it fits ebay size/quality standards. I always use at least 800 pixels on shortest side. 1600 is better.

eBay once had a page to "fix your gallery photo", but they've recently rearranged the site and that page is no longer accessible.

You might try this instead:

Edit your listing and swap the position of the first two photos to change which one is first in the lineup. That will force eBay to use the swapped photo as the gallery image. After that new image appears, you can edit again to swap back if you wish.

I also recently had a problem with displaying images in the gallery, in this thread I discussed it.

The problem was not treated in any way, but it went away by itself, now everything is displayed normally.

As I understand it, I had a problem because of the regular updates of the FireFox browser

I just had the same issue and tried rearranging the pics to trick ebay in fixing the issues but it didn't work. Tried several times. I ended up having to delete all the pics and add them back in. I uploaded the one I wanted to be the gallery pic and it took, then I added all the rest back in and problem resolved.

3-15-23 this issue is happening again. Photo is just a gray square instead of the photo.

The pink error band on the listing says there is an issue with the gallery picture and has a link to click. The link called, "see details", takes you to a screen with other links to fix the problem. the "fix your gallery picture" link and the "revise your item" link both take you back to your active listings page. The 3rd link, "ebay customer support" takes you to the "we looked everywhere" page.

It looks like your listings are uploaded through Auctiva. I would check with Auctiva since it appears that none of the images in those listings transloaded to eBay. They remain hosted on Auctiva servers. That means eBay was not able to fetch the images from Auctiva at the time they were submitted.

It may be possible that eBay will catch up with those gallery photos later on, but you might find out what Auctiva has to say about it.
