Problem replying to message

I replied to potential buyer but message would not send, said something went wrong try later. I tried later & got same results.  What's going on?

If you are using a mobile browser, try using the eBay app or else request the desktop site version of the page with your mobile browser. Or try another browser.

If you are already using a desktop browser, try a different link such as this link to messages from members:

https://mesg.ebay.com/mesgweb/ViewMessages/0/m2m

If you have eBay messages sent to your email address, you may be able to read and respond to them there. Try replying directly to the email rather than using the blue reply button in the message body.

Check the user's feedback or profile page to make sure the user is still registered. Try contacting the user through the profile or feedback page using the Contact link there.

If all else fails, try reading your messages on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com.
