We just noticed that the Priority Mail shipping option is not showing in ANY of our listings, except in listings where Priority is the default option. On small, heavy items under 1-LB, we typically list with First Class Mail as default, and then Small Flat-Rate to give buyers a break on multiple item purchases. Anyone else having this problem?

Hi, I know you posted this awhile ago, but I believe I know your answer. I have the same exact thing with my listings. I have sold here for 15 years and always carried both first class and priority mail shipping options, but my customers can no longer see my priority option. I can see it -- if I edit my listing, it is there, but if I LOOK at my listings, even looking at them in my own store (and with different browsers), Priority does not show up. So, I checked this out, also using different browsers -- if a customer puts an item into their cart, they do not get to see my Priority option any more.
I have been told the same thing by three different customer service people. It is because, since the post office is now showing their suggested delivery times very much the same for both first class mail and priority mail, eBay does not feel that a customer should have to pay more for a service that delivers in the same amount of time. Believe that?? So now eBay makes the decision to deprive customers of Priority Mail.
I worked for the post office as a part-timer a few years ago, and this made me furious. Ebay does not have the right to make that choice for a customer. Plus, if a lot of sellers have this issue, can you imagine how much money the post office is losing by not getting priority mail sales from this venue? Considering that the P.O. gives discounts to eBay to sell their shipping labels, that's pretty crummy.
Anyway, just thought I'd fill you in if you hadn't already discovered what is going on with eBay and it's dumb decisions.
