Printing single shipping label page loads blank. Bulk works

I usually have enough orders to print in bulk and that's usually how I do it, but I've noticed for the past 2 weeks, whenever I try to print a single label, the single label printing page loads blank on computer. My friend likes to print every single label one at a time individually, and he says it's been broken for a month, and he's been doing it on his phone, then emailing the label to himself. He has a brand new Macbook Pro, within a year old, using Safari.

To make it simpler/slightly more technical:

This URL prefix works "https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk?"

But this one loads a completely blank page "https://www.ebay.com/ship/single/"

Anyone else encountering issues printing single labels from a desktop?

Male sure your browser set to open PDF files with Adobe instead of its built in reader.

It is, but that's not the issue. I can't even generate a single shipping label. The page where you select what kind of shipping service you want to use, won't even load. And I don't mean the page when you list the item, I mean the page after the item sold, and you just confirm what shipping service you want to use before you purchase the label. That page loads when I do bulk shipping, but not when I try to purchase a single label.

Still having the problem today. Also purchasing an international shipping label won't work on the phone, and it also won't work when buying bulk labels, so yet again I can't ship an international item without standing in line at the post office and paying the higher price for shipping.

You need to try a different browser, or turn off any addons, blockers, etc., to see what's interfering with the page loading.
