Printing shipping labels

Tried printing shipping labels the are HUGE taking up the whole paper, tried to shrink it it then printed vertically thus using up 2 labels. Using this for a simple bubble mailer tried clearing browser didn't help

I had the exact same issue happen this morning and was looking for a news article or a solution.

The mailing labels initially printed using the full page of the 8.5 x 11 paper.  I managed to change the setting scaling them down but when you scale them down it chops off both the first left border as well as part of the return address.

Is this a bug or a new setting? Everything printed fine on Friday

You need to change the number of labels per page,

Called Ebay he said they are working on it and they know they have a glitch

Only able to print a label per page instead of 2 and the left margin did get cut off. As far as a full page label issue, change your setting to default.

I would also suggest calling Ebay as the more service calls that are logged, the more attention the issue will receive.
