Is anyone having issues with printing shipping labels. It was working fine about 10 mins ago and now its just saying error creating label with no explanantion. Tried several different sales and will not let me print any of them.
it's not just labels...also cannot generate an order report (for download to excel) today. had to waste an hour to manually put the required data into my excel file...now i find out that i cannot print labels... great day so far =/
