Yesterday I finally figured out how to post a discussion here. And I can find my way back to the discusssion. I can't figure out how to access any answered that my have come up. I see that people have read my post and mabye replied but can't see the thread or answered. I can't click on any of the tiny icons near the post. I would appreciate it if someone would reponded via ebay messaging to me to tell me how to see the thread or the responses to my posting about NOT BEING ABLE TO PRINT USABLE SHIPPING LABELS USING THE ADHESIVE 2 PER PAGE LABELS I'VE BEEN USING FOR OVER A YEAR ... (not shouting!) 🙂

I spoke to Brian@eBay and he said that: "This is a known issue. I don't have an ETA on a fix but our tech team is working to fix it. Thanks!"

So they are aware & working on a fix. I know that this isn't any comfort right now but I thought that I would share this info.

...I hope they get this resolved very soon...

Perhaps Brian@ebay can provide us a Master Case Number for us to provide when we open a case on this issue.

Not working for me. Instead of print 2 labels landscape, it is coming out 1 in portrait and stuck to the left corner of the page as if I have it set for 4 labels per page when it should be 2.

Still not working for me either. I haven't found away around the issue. Hope they fix this soon. Why they try fixing something that has worked for years.

I have been having this issue since Friday. Today instead of printing the full page it prints an image of 2 and 1/4 by 3 inches. I have saved it to a pdf then tried to resize it which did not work. I was able to snip it then print. That was on a USPS label. SO, how are they going to takeaway the strikes when shipping does not hahappen within one business day because of their malfunction?

These big labels **bleep** me off too taking a whole sheet of paper the way i look at ebay owes us new ink cartridges for this waste. I can no longer use sticky label sheets as even when i save the pdf file and reduce it to 100% it prints it right down the middle of a piece of paper and not horizontal.

not working here i get so mad when i see a full sheet of paper sized label coming out of the printer i yank it out just to stop the printing in the middle and stop the waste of ink

Seems to me the issue began to start with the new QR option. I can't get a label to print because the text is blank.

It was working earlier and now my last sale of the day it's not working.

I had the same issue a few days ago with one very large label showing up. I've always been able to print two labels on one page. Now it's gotten worse. Now when I go to print, it says the page is unresponsive. I've been forced to try and print my labels through Paypal. Not happy at the moment.
