Printing an Ebay label to a label printer

For years I have been able to print an Ebay label and choose which printer it goes to.

For the last week to ten days, when I hit print  Ebay generates a label that is laid on a 8" x 10 " layout.  Changing the printer does not change the label so I have to now ask for a refund of the label and go into stamps and do the label there.

I like to do certain priority emails in Ebay as they give 100 insurance instead of the standard $50.00.

Has anyone else experienced this and better yet- know of a fix?

You need to reset the ebay label format.  On the create label page look to the right and click on Show More.  Then scroll down to the current label format and click CHANGE.

If still a problem, come back with OS, browser, and printer model you are using.

Click the Purchase Shipping Label for an order, on the lower right side under the Ship to / Ship from section click on Show More. Look for Print Format. Click Change. Change the Print Format of the label to your desired label size. Click save. You can print a single label from here or, you can print bulk labels and it should now print the label according to the label size.

Thank you so much for sharing this. I kept trying to find the option after  you purchase the label. I'm surprised eBay doesn't have a button to print t 4x6 after purchasing.
